Directions: Season to taste. For “blackened” meats, rub Brian’s Bistro Cajun Seasoning generously on all sides of your chosen treat. Sear on both sides (1-2 minutes) on high heat, until “black”. Then lower heat, and cook meat through. Chew, swallow, enjoy.
