Van Dorn Gourmets’ BBQ Spice Rub is smokey, sweet and awesome! A great replacement for those sugary store bought sauces. A special balance of six, yes six, different peppers and chilies, this rub has just the right amount of “kick.” Not too spicy at all. Combined with the right amount of organic raw cane sugar, kosher salt, and a handful of other flavors, this spice rub really tastes great. Its got all the flavor without the long marinade. Use it on steak, chicken, pork, or any other meat you can think of. I love to rub it on chicken wings just before introducing them to a very hot mesquite grill! mmm!!
